My typical process for working with new clients is first having a phone consultation to better understand what they want and to see how I can make their experience easier and flawless. Next is to help the client come up with a menu that would be best for their event and pricing. finally, approve a menu and get a deposit to secure event date and time for the client.
I studied and graduated from the San Diego Culinary Institute and have traveled and studied my craft from all my international travels.
I got into being a Chef from my world travels in the military and eating foods from around the world.
I have worked with all types of people from very different palettes.
The best advice I can give is that the customer should have a general idea of what they want. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't understand the process.
They should ask about costing and service options and how the process works.
